Contract Golang Software Engineer

• Join a client team building innovative products
• Design scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant architectures
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and SaaS platforms
• Work with cloud environments and modern infrastructure
• Apply deployment practices using Docker, containers, and Kubernetes
• Implement testing strategies, including TDD, across the system lifecycle
• Optimize system performance

• Remote EU-based availability, aligned with GMT timezone
• Strong backend engineering experience, with Go as a primary or preferred language
• Comfort working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and backend services, including SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure and distributed systems
• Understanding of modern deployment practices, including Docker, containers, and Kubernetes
• Strong background in testing strategies, including TDD, across the full system lifecycle
• Focus on performance optimization
• Ability to use AI tools with sound judgment when adopting emerging technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts in business-friendly language
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
