Senior Accountant – Finance and Accounting

• Manage ongoing financial accounting for the main entity
• Record, code, and review business transactions
• Resolve outstanding items and discrepancies
• Execute payment runs and reconcile bank accounts
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Perform and clearly document account reconciliations and closing preparations
• Support the preparation of the annual financial statements in collaboration with internal and external contacts
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement practical solutions
• Contribute to projects focused on the development and transformation of Finance and Accounting
• Optimize and standardize processes and further develop them through digitalization, automation, and AI
• Provide professional expertise during internal and external audits

• Several years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting
• Ideally, further qualification as a certified accountant or an equivalent qualification
• Solid experience in ongoing financial accounting
• Familiarity with payment processing, account reconciliations, and resolving outstanding items
• Experience supporting monthly and annual closing activities
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Willingness to actively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and new technologies in accounting
