Sobre el puesto

• Decide what to build, buy, or integrate, with clear scope, dependencies, costs, and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate documentation, APIs, test environments, limitations, and integration quality, balancing cost, speed, quality, and dependency risks
• Lead and implement account and session management, game launches, wallet functionality, transaction recording, deposits, withdrawals, and back-office systems
• Resolve duplication, concurrency, reversals, pending transactions, and reconciliation discrepancies
• Separate players, data, configurations, and access controls across operators
• Ensure technical continuity through testing, deployment, monitoring, documentation, failure recovery, and knowledge transfer
• Develop solutions and investigate technical issues
• Participate in defining the professionals and additional services required for the project
• Deliver, within approximately 60 days, an initial integrated and validated version in a test environment, featuring a demonstrable journey covering registration, balance management, game launch, financial transactions, and withdrawals

• Hands-on experience developing complex iGaming systems
• Significant involvement in the implementation, reconstruction, or evolution of the backend of a production online casino, with the ability to clearly explain exactly what you delivered
• Experience working with game integrations and session, betting, bonus, prize, cancellation, and reversal flows
• Experience with transaction wallets, balance movements, and deposit and withdrawal integrations
• Strong command of APIs, webhooks, relational databases, transactions, asynchronous processing, testing, and application security
• Ability to diagnose production failures and coordinate resolution with external partners

• Autonomy and direct access to decision-making on architecture, vendors, tools, and priorities, working closely with the founder
