Recruiter, Healthcare

• Independently source and recruit Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs within the US market
• Use Indeed as the primary recruitment platform
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and university outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct initial assessments
• Maintain timely follow-ups to reduce candidate drop-offs
• Manage candidates from outreach and screening through interviews, offers, and placement
• Build and maintain a qualified ABA professional pipeline
• Monitor recruitment progress and adjust sourcing strategies
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders to provide a responsive candidate experience
• Track recruitment performance, successful placements, qualified candidates, and time-to-fill
• Meet agreed hiring targets and timelines

• Hands-on experience recruiting for the US ABA industry (mandatory)
• Demonstrated success hiring Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs
• Strong understanding of the US ABA recruitment market and sourcing qualified clinical and behavioral support professionals
• Ability to source, screen, engage, and progress candidates independently
• Strong working knowledge of Indeed and additional recruitment platforms and sourcing methods
• Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt sourcing strategies
• Proactive, persistent, and target-driven approach
• Ability to demonstrate previous recruitment results, including hiring volumes, successful placements, or improved recruitment performance
• Preferred: additional experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare recruitment, or clinical staffing
• Preferred: experience recruiting for ABA providers, clinics, or in-home therapy services
• Preferred: experience with university outreach, referral programmes, and alternative sourcing strategies
• Preferred: familiarity with US hiring processes and RBT/BCBA qualifications
