Billing Specialist

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding invoices, credit notes, and subscriptions
• Manage the accuracy of the B2B SaaS subscription lifecycle in NetSuite, including new contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, amendments, cancellations, and contract owner changes
• Ensure subscription changes are billed correctly and on time
• Keep NetSuite subscriptions accurate and current in collaboration with Customer Support and Revenue Operations
• Own accurate, on-time billing in NetSuite, including invoice runs, credit memos, and revenue and billing schedule corrections
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Billing, Collections, and Sales
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing tools
• Improve subscription management, billing, and support processes

• Extensive, hands-on knowledge of NetSuite, including subscription and recurring billing, invoicing, credit memos, and customer records
• Confidence to troubleshoot NetSuite issues independently
• Solid B2B SaaS experience
• Strong grasp of subscription management, including contract terms, renewals, amendments, proration, and CRM subscription data and billing relationships
• Very good written and spoken English
• Comfortable using AI tools and cloud-based workflows
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• German is a plus
• Experience with Zone Billing or a comparable NetSuite billing extension is nice to have
• Experience with Salesforce subscription or CPQ data is nice to have
