Senior AI Engineer – German

• Design and develop AI-agent and workflow-based solutions
• Develop and optimise prompts and orchestration logic
• Work with Azure Databricks as the primary data and AI environment
• Support customer-service and payment-related AI use cases
• Evaluate solution quality, reliability, and business suitability
• Cooperate with business and technical stakeholders

• Senior-level Data Science or AI Engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Practical Azure Databricks experience
• Experience developing GenAI or LLM-based solutions
• Experience with agents, prompts, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to translate business use cases into working technical solutions
• German, English, and Polish language skills
• Customer-service automation experience
• Payments or financial-services experience
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production
• Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance
