Founding Engineer – Tech Lead, Full-Stack, AI-Native

• Own a TypeScript monorepo with 11 apps and 32 packages
• Develop and deploy features from idea through production
• Review pull requests, including code written by agents
• Investigate production data and identify root causes with AI assistance
• Own deployments and infrastructure, including GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, secrets, and monitoring
• Advance agent-based workflows, such as agents in CI or automated reviews
• During the first 90 days, review all pull requests, familiarize yourself with the monorepo, take over infrastructure ownership, independently deliver major features, and recommend priorities for upcoming development
• Later, build the engineering team together with the technical founder and become Head of Engineering as the company grows

• At least 5 years of experience building production-grade software, with a significant portion in TypeScript
• Experience owning deployments and infrastructure
• Daily experience working with AI coding agents, with demonstrable projects built using them
• Operational experience with Docker, CI, cloud platforms, or Kubernetes
• Willingness to make decisions and take ownership of the outcomes
• Fluency in German or English
• Experience with Expo and the Vercel AI SDK is helpful but not required
