Senior Software Developer – Full-Stack

• Deliver features end to end for products built with Vue 3, Nest.js, and MongoDB
• Independently design and implement product components in close collaboration with customers from public administration
• Create requirements profiles to inform architecture and data model design
• Develop MVPs and prototypes for customer presentations
• Establish, document, and monitor compliance with standards for the growing codebase
• Assume technical responsibility for a specific area of the product portfolio
• Actively contribute ideas to the product’s ongoing development
• Develop modern cloud-based software applications and specialized administrative processes to digitize public administration

• Product-minded full-stack engineer capable of delivering features end to end
• Willingness to take genuine responsibility for work outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Excellent knowledge of Vue 3
• Experience with MongoDB and Nest.js
• Several years of experience in software development
• Strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitization of public administration
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification with a strong academic or professional record, or several years of work experience
• Career changers are welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers
• Knowledge of Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or public administration processes is a plus
