RPA Developer, Mid-Level

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automations using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop) and Automation Anywhere (A360)
• Provide production support for automations, including monitoring, incident analysis and resolution, fixes, and enhancements in accordance with SLAs
• Gather requirements from business teams and map processes to identify automation opportunities
• Develop integrations with APIs, connectors, SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and email
• Manage support tickets and operational support requests through ITSM tools
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including PDDs, SDDs, and runbooks
• Perform testing, identify issues, and apply development best practices
• Support the transition of projects into production support
• Propose continuous improvements to automated processes

• Strong experience with Power Automate, including Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360
• Experience providing application and automation support (AMS)
• Experience managing tickets in ITSM tools such as Movidesk, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, connectors, and Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel, and email
• Strong communication skills for interacting with users and business teams
• Autonomy, organization, and a problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of generative artificial intelligence applied to process automation
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
• Familiarity with secure solution development practices (DevSecOps)
• Experience with OCR and automation of scanned documents
• RPA tool certifications are a plus
