Real Estate City Manager

• Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas
• Develop the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Build and manage a local network of service providers
• Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
• Build a portfolio of managed properties
• Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
• Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
