Business Analyst / Project Manager

• Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
• Map current and future-state processes for order-to-cash and warehouse operations
• Write user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios
• Plan, track, and report on scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and steering discussions with clients and project teams
• Support UAT planning, execution coordination, and defect triage
• Support change management and end-user readiness activities
• Coordinate with ERP functional consultants, developers, and client IT teams
• Deliver signed-off requirements and process maps
• Maintain clear visibility on project scope, risks, and dates
• Coordinate UAT and triage defects on schedule

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager on enterprise projects
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of supply chain operations, including order management, inventory, and warehousing
• Experience with SAP order-to-cash (OTC) and/or warehouse management (WM), or equivalent ERP order-to-cash and warehouse experience
• Strong written and verbal English
• Comfortable working a US Eastern or Central Time overlap schedule
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project
• Based in Latin America; Costa Rica preferred, not required
• SAP certification (SD, MM, EWM, or similar), or PMP, CBAP, or CSM is nice-to-have
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is nice-to-have
• Nearshore or remote delivery experience with US clients is nice-to-have
• Prior change management or training coordination experience is nice-to-have
