Solutions Engineer

• Lead implementations and technical projects enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications
• Work with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers
• Contribute to documentation and lead workshops
• Help improve processes and practices
• Onboard customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome integration challenges with customers' web and mobile applications
• Manage complex projects according to desired timelines
• Provide operational and technical services to customers worldwide

• 3+ years of experience integrating cloud solutions, especially in a web/mobile context
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations
• Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, or similar technologies
• Demonstrated ability to onboard and support customers, particularly financial institutions such as banks and credit unions
• Ability to communicate effectively with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers
• Presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from start to finish
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience creating technical documentation and conducting workshops or training sessions
• Fluent English required
• Business-proficient Thai is an advantage for supporting customers in Thailand
• Availability to travel internationally up to 5% (on-demand)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
