Field Quality Manager

• Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms linking smartphone and audio field failure data to suppliers
• Lead investigations into field failure rate metrics, escalate issues to stakeholders, and drive resolutions
• Lead operational due diligence evaluations of supplier capabilities, compliance, readiness, and quality systems
• Deliver due diligence reporting, recommendations, and risk analysis
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, Product, Engineering, and Circular Operations
• Support team members responsible for downstream suppliers to ensure standardized end-to-end quality
• Secure capable and compliant audio and smartphone suppliers
• Oversee quality milestones and monitor operational quality performance
• Conduct follow-up audits and support collaborative supplier development programs
• Apply quality risk management tools to identify supplier vulnerabilities and coordinate mitigation actions
• Contain supplier quality issues and integrate field data into supplier controls for sustainable corrective actions
• Maintain local supplier accountability while collaborating remotely with the Amsterdam Headquarters team

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Quality Operations
• Proven track record in consumer electronics, including smartphones, audio, or IoT devices
• Solid technical background in consumer hardware
• Experience analyzing field failure rates (FFR)
• Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action reports from suppliers
• Experience driving closed-loop resolutions with suppliers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Familiarity with macOS, Google Workspace, and Basecamp is preferred
• Must have the right to work in China
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
