Software Architect, Fullstack

• Interact with multiple teams to define and implement scalable and secure solutions
• Participate in the delivery and defense of technical and architectural solutions for different business problems
• Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met
• Lead and train Developers, including succession planning, talent mapping, and technical guidance
• Lead the team technically and enable development of applications using new technologies
• Participate in design and architecture discussions
• Create and maintain the product backlog with Squad Leaders and the client
• Break down user stories into manageable tasks
• Ensure solutions follow security and performance best practices
• Create and maintain design and other client-required documentation
• Communicate with customer team members about technical solutions
• Understand requirements and select appropriate frameworks for viable technical solutions
• Guarantee a stable and productive development environment

• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership
• Comfort learning new frameworks
• Experience designing software architecture and defining frameworks and technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with web stack: React, Next.js, HTML, TypeScript, and CSS
• Ability to create proofs of concept and code complex mechanisms
• Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day
• Ability to share knowledge with more junior team members
• Knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, security, privacy, and GDPR
• Knowledge of Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, and clean coding
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and E2E testing
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
