Solutions Architect

• Provide managed services and proactive and reactive support to global customers
• Integrate and maintain Akamai security, media, and performance solutions
• Own all technical aspects of delivery, including design, testing, and go-live, for media, web, and security solutions
• Act as a proactive technical consultant for customers
• Deliver value with every customer engagement
• Innovate and continually improve internal methodologies and processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during customer implementations
• Lead end-to-end projects from design through implementation, testing, and sign-off

• 2 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma, Bachelor's Diploma, or equivalent
• Experience with internet technologies and understanding of IP networks, DNS, routing, and communication protocols
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role
• Experience delivering consulting services
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PERL, and JavaScript
• Proactive nature and sense of urgency
• Constant desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships with customers
