Technical Lead, Python

• Lead the technical design of the MCP solution.
• Develop and guide the integration of REST/HTTP APIs with MCP servers and tools.
• Provide technical guidance to the team throughout implementation.
• Ensure the solution aligns with the bank’s context and standards.
• Work with authentication, authorization, and session management for business customers, ensuring appropriate limits on data access.
• Conduct code reviews and support the definition and execution of tests.

• Drive the prioritization of a focused MVP.
• Negotiate technical dependencies and support the evolution of the solution.

• Experience with Python for backend service development.
• Experience with Python service architecture.
• Experience integrating REST/HTTP APIs.
• Knowledge of or experience with MCP servers and tools.
