Senior Business Analyst

• Gather and analyze the needs of business areas
• Map processes, identifying issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation
• Lead meetings, interviews, and workshops with users and stakeholders
• Support backlog definition, prioritization, and refinement
• Facilitate alignment among Business, Product, Development, Architecture, and Quality teams
• Follow solution development, clarifying questions and ensuring compliance with requirements
• Support testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production monitoring processes
• Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the results of implemented solutions
• Identify impacts, dependencies, and risks related to requests
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, products, and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience as a Business Analyst or in similar positions
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Knowledge of process mapping and improvement
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
• Knowledge of backlog management and prioritization
• Previous experience in the insurance, supplementary healthcare, or financial services sectors
• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Knowledge of data analysis, KPIs, and dashboards
• Experience with digital transformation and systems integration projects
• Certifications related to business analysis, product management, process management, or Agile methodologies
