Automation Expert – ServiceNow

• Create and maintain workflows in ServiceNow, including control of automation scripts and APIs
• Automate system deployment via ZDP, software updates, decommissioning, configuration hardening, firewall rule checks and modifications, system audits, and health checks
• Set up, configure, and manage an orchestration platform in ServiceNow, including status dashboards for technicians
• Extend and customise Ansible playbooks for Software-Defined Networks
• Integrate and control GitLab CI/CD processes for end-to-end, version-controlled, traceable automation
• Roll out target configurations and execute workflows through the existing change management process
• Update and coordinate related systems including the CMDB, monitoring systems, DNS, CyberArc, and other connected platforms
• Automatically generate validation documents for changes
• Document work according to FI-TS documentation guidelines
• Provide training and induction

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow workflow design with interfaces to various APIs, including CheckMK, CyberArc, and Infoblox
• In-depth knowledge of creating and customising business rules in ServiceNow
• In-depth knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab
• In-depth knowledge of user-friendly UI design
