Product Manager

• Develop and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and business analytics requirements
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends
• Translate research findings into actionable product features and enhancements
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Ensure successful product development and launch tied to Product KPIs
• Drive product launches, go-to-market strategies, UI/UX focus, marketing coordination, and sales enablement
• Monitor product adoption and usage to identify areas for improvement
• Use product analytics and user feedback to measure performance and inform future development
• Serve as an expert in the product and drive feature development and integrations that unlock new user cohorts

• MS or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering fields
• 3+ years working in high growth or startup software companies
• Prior product management experience owning a major feature or product is preferred
• Fluency in Cursor, Claude, Lovable, and Replit
• Strong understanding of the AI landscape, LLMs, training, and evals
• Experience translating complex technical systems into clear product strategies
• Comfort engaging deeply with engineering, design, and data teams
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and translate their needs into successful product features
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills
• Ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans
• Upstream/downstream thinking to refine product planning and execution
• Proficiency in data-informed decision making and driving product improvements
• Enthusiasm for emerging web frameworks and LLMs
