Quality Control Expert – Heat Pumps

• Monitoring and managing quality KPIs related to heat pump installations
• Systematic analysis of quality results
• Deriving targeted measures to ensure and continuously improve installation quality over the long term
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners across the entire value chain, from supply chain and on-site installation to service
• Planning and supporting regular quality and compliance audits
• Ensuring compliance with all standards
• Aligning the expectations and interests of various stakeholders
• Implementing quality-related decisions

• Successfully completed degree in engineering or natural sciences, such as building and energy engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, physics, building services engineering, or technical building services (TGA)
• Alternatively, completed vocational training in plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK)
• Further qualification as a master craftsperson preferred
• Practical work experience or in-depth technical knowledge directly related to heat pump technology
• Good understanding of modern heating and energy systems, as well as building services interfaces
