Senior .NET Developer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET/C# systems, focusing on high-performance APIs, code quality, and sound architectural practices
• Serve as the .NET technical reference within the squad and support architectural decisions
• Work across different projects and initiatives according to business priorities
• Design and implement distributed, resilient, and scalable solutions using messaging and Redis
• Design, optimize, and tune relational databases
• Work with containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure delivery quality through automated testing, observability, and information security
• Use AI tools in development, reviewing and validating their results
• Communicate with the team, leadership, and other departments, managing initiatives independently
• Propose alternative solutions and approaches to problems

• Strong command of modern C#, asynchronous programming, DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, and high-performance API development
• Experience with asynchronous systems and message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and CI/CD automation
• Experience with database modeling, optimization, and tuning in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
• Experience implementing caching strategies with Redis
• Ability to design fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Knowledge of observability, information security, and automated testing
