• Develop a personal B2B portfolio

• Manage and nurture the partner portfolio
• Contribute to revenue growth within the portfolio
• Build local brand awareness
• Develop commission-based affiliate partnerships
• Develop retailer partnerships
• Represent YXELON collections through affiliate and retail business models
• Manage the territory as a profit center

• Independent Business Developer contract framework
• 10% commission on pre-tax revenue of the B2B portfolio
• Percentage-based performance bonus on realized margin
• Monthly payment
• No commission cap
• Potential annual commission revenue of up to approximately €230K
• Territory exclusivity, conditional upon building and sustaining a minimum portfolio of 60 active B2B clients
