Business Development Manager – Commercial Fire Safety

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.

• More than 5 years of experience in fire safety and life safety, or in a similar sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection and fire protection systems.
• Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ability to design and implement high-performing business strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts at the decision-making level.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, identify customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in electronic security, particularly cloud solutions and IoT.
