UX & Product Designer – Commerce Capability Stream

• Design B2B workflows and interfaces for product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management
• Develop clear dashboards, reports, and data-intensive views
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams in Commerce Squads
• Support topics from problem definition through to production-ready solutions
• Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability tests with retailers, partners, and internal users
• Translate research insights into concrete product improvements
• Work in a hypothesis- and data-driven manner, measuring success based on adoption, efficiency, and user feedback
• Further develop the “Pulse” Design System using Figma and Storybook
• Ensure a consistent user experience across the platform
• Test new design and prototyping approaches, including AI-assisted methods
• Actively contribute to the UX & Product Design Practice
• Actively help shape INTERSPORT ONE as the central platform for business partners

• Several years of experience in UX or Product Design, ideally for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications
• Experience designing complex workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards
• Very good knowledge of Figma and experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries, ideally Storybook
• Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven product development
• Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and development teams
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and English skills
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail environments
• Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code
• Technical understanding of components, Design Tokens, and modern frontend architectures
• Experience with accessibility / WCAG or low-code prototyping
