SAP AMS Functional Service Delivery Lead

• Serve as the main operational contact for SAP AMS Functional delivery topics, issues, and concerns
• Act as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks
• Empower the delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables aligned with SAP AMS process requirements
• Ensure target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met
• Ensure contractual commitments are fulfilled

• Functional background in FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, and PP
• 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience
• At least 5+ years of proven experience as an SAP consultant in modules including Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, and SuccessFactors
• Advanced English
• Ability to oversee SAP AMS processes, SLAs/KPIs, delivery quality, governance, operational risks, and contractual commitments
