Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager

• Process investigator and site payments in compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, contracts, and country-specific requirements
• Compile and review data from study budgets, EDC, CTMS, and other sources
• Review site invoices and investigate, resolve, and respond to issues or findings
• Perform reconciliations and prepare payment accruals and forecasts
• Develop and maintain standard reports
• Drive process, system, and reporting improvements, including evaluating Artificial Intelligence opportunities within Clinical Payments
• Identify, assess, and manage operational and financial risks related to site payments
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and/or collect process, project, and financial documentation

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical payments
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Strong financial, analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyse data efficiently and present practical solutions and recommendations
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and service approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal and external teams
• Good knowledge of and experience with MS Office, financial systems, EDC, and CTMS platforms
