Senior SharePoint Consultant, Copilot

• Design and implement SharePoint information architecture, including site structures, content types, site columns, metadata, navigation and access permissions
• Deliver SharePoint Online implementations, migrations, tenant restructures and storage optimisation initiatives
• Configure and enhance Microsoft 365 environments for secure collaboration, information management and business productivity
• Develop and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including intelligent agents and knowledge sources
• Conduct Copilot readiness assessments and remediation covering permissions, oversharing, content lifecycle management and information labelling
• Design and build Power Automate workflows for document-intensive processes, approvals, accounts payable and case management
• Conduct testing and quality assurance; validate functionality, security, permissions and compliance
• Maintain technical architecture, configuration, design and implementation documentation
• Prepare handover documentation for maintainability and knowledge transfer
• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, presentations and solution demonstrations
• Communicate project progress, technical findings and delivery requirements to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements and maintain alignment
• Own deliverables, milestones and client commitments; identify and escalate risks, blockers, delays and concerns
• Report on completed work, priorities, project health, milestones, risks, dependencies and decisions
• Apply security controls, MFA and credential-management practices; protect confidential information and report security incidents

• Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing and managing SharePoint Online solutions
• Advanced understanding of SharePoint information architecture, including site structures, content types, metadata, navigation and permissions
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, particularly developing agents connected to SharePoint knowledge sources
• Strong understanding of Copilot readiness, permissions governance, oversharing remediation, content quality and information lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience delivering SharePoint migrations, tenant restructures and remediation projects
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and business process automation
• Proficiency in PowerShell for SharePoint administration, configuration and automation
• Ability to interpret technical requirements, work within defined project scopes and deliver solutions independently
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail and commitment to agreed delivery standards
• Desirable: experience developing AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents beyond the Microsoft ecosystem
• Desirable: knowledge of custom connectors, API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
• Desirable: experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development
• Desirable: previous experience supporting Australian clients or delivering solutions in Australian business environments
