Senior Software Engineer

• Collaborate with engineers and managers to create applications used by hotel customers worldwide
• Write clean, self-documenting code following best practices and design patterns using agentic development flows
• Provide creative ideas to improve the product and technology
• Think beyond ticket specifics to delight customers or grow the business
• Mentor in 1:1s and participate actively in code reviews
• Advise the tech lead on technical decisions
• Build quality, maintainable full-stack applications
• Work closely with Product Managers to inform product decisions
• Own services that operate at large scale, with a focus on operational excellence

• 5+ years of experience
• Solid knowledge of developing backend applications
• Experience with JavaScript and common front-end frameworks such as VueJS or ReactJS
• Experience with mobile development, particularly React Native
• Strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products
• Ability to work as a self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent professional
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative, and execute projects with little direction
