Project Manager

• Lead implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects for the AddTax solution
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation
• Ensure proper use of Addvisor’s official methodology
• Serve as the primary communication point for clients, senior management, and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Guide the team in root cause analysis, solution definition, documentation, testing, and transition to operations
• Lead status meetings, executive steering committees, and operational alignment meetings
• Support pre-sales activities, including scope estimation and design, as needed

• At least 5 years of proven experience managing SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA projects
• Technical and functional knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Strong command of Waterfall and SAP Activate project methodologies
• Clear, objective, and executive-level communication skills
• Proactive, dynamic, and skilled at building strong client relationships
• Advanced English and/or Spanish (a plus)
• PMI certification (a plus)
