Lead Product Designer – UX

• Lead product design projects from discovery through final delivery and handoff, promoting strategic vision and excellence in user experience.
• Actively participate in strategic definition processes with stakeholders, translating business objectives into viable and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure the creation of high-quality interfaces and prototypes, aligning technical requirements with the expectations of multidisciplinary teams.
• Organize and oversee design workflows, prioritizing activities, resources, and deadlines to optimize project delivery.

• Monitor and analyze experience metrics and product results, guiding data-driven decisions.

• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Strong knowledge of UX, UI, and user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience leading discovery processes, mapping user journeys, and validating solutions.
• Ability to define and monitor relevant metrics for evaluating user experience and product success.
