Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Singapore-based clients
• Source quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, GitHub, X-Ray Search, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and relocation/visa eligibility
• Build strong talent pipelines across various technology domains
• Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement until onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ATS updates
• Work closely with Delivery Managers and Account Managers to understand hiring requirements
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and closures
• Stay updated with Singapore hiring trends, salary benchmarks, EP/S Pass eligibility, and market intelligence

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to the Singapore market
• Strong understanding of Singapore recruitment processes and hiring practices
• Hands-on experience sourcing technical professionals across various technologies
• Expertise in Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, GitHub, and major job portals
• Excellent stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience recruiting for Singapore Banking and Financial Services clients
• Knowledge of Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and Singapore hiring practices
• Experience working with MSP, RPO, or staffing companies
• Exposure to bulk hiring and niche technology recruitment
