City Manager, Real Estate

• Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding area
• Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management
• Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
• Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Manage and coordinate the local service-provider network
• Delegate portfolio management during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System
• Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties
