Automation Analyst, Junior

• Identify and map processes that can be automated
• Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions in collaboration with business teams
• Document solutions and automated processes clearly and thoroughly
• Monitor and maintain running bots, ensuring their performance and effectiveness
• Work as part of a team to drive continuous improvements in automation

• Preferred: Previous experience with RPA tools such as AutomationEdge, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with systems integration and APIs
• Ability to work effectively with legacy systems
• Basic knowledge of process automation using RPA tools (UiPath, AutomationEdge, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Degree in a technology-related field, engineering, systems analysis, or computer science
