Senior / Lead Developer – Core Data Services, SAP BTP

• Lead the design and development of Core Data Services for customer-facing portal applications on SAP BTP and SAP RISE, following Clean Core principles
• Define and maintain technical and architecture concepts
• Support quality gates and ensure alignment with project and enterprise architecture standards
• Design and implement modular services using RAP and CAP
• Implement integrations through the SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Establish secure authentication and authorization concepts, including XSUAA, role management, and access control frameworks
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, release governance, documentation, and deployment readiness activities
• Take end-to-end technical ownership through to go-live

• Several years of hands-on software development experience on SAP BTP, ideally within Clean Core transformation projects
• Proven expertise with RAP and/or CAP and development of enterprise-grade cloud applications
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security concepts on SAP BTP, including XSUAA and role-based access management
• Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Agentic AI concepts, and Human-in-the-Loop implementation approaches
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of architecture and solution design while leading delivery within agile development teams
• Deep expertise in AI-enabled solutions and services on SAP BTP (nice to have)
• Experience with SAP RISE, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and API management capabilities (nice to have)
• Previous experience leading small development teams within banking, public funding, or regulated financial environments (nice to have)
• German language skills (nice to have)
