Content Creator Coach

• Lead two 1-hour group coaching sessions per week for Petra Brands’ creator community
• Teach actionable strategies on hook creation, storytelling, video pacing, trend leverage, and call-to-action (CTA) placement tailored for TikTok and social commerce
• Conduct live teardowns, audits, and Q&A to help creators optimize draft or published videos
• Maintain an active presence in the TikTok Creator Discord server
• Answer creator questions, provide constructive video feedback, and troubleshoot creative blocks between live calls
• Share weekly tips, trending audio/formats, and best practices to keep the community engaged and motivated
• Help creators optimize short-form video strategy, improve content performance, and drive higher engagement and conversions

• Proven track record as a content creator, TikTok strategist, or influencer content coach with a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video content
• Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, algorithm, and social commerce trends
• Experience delivering constructive video feedback and leading group coaching or workshop sessions
• Strong communication skills and an engaging, supportive teaching style
• Familiarity with Discord and community management best practices
