Senior Technical Program Manager

• Own delivery across customer requirements, delivery timelines, deployment commitments, internal cross-functional programs, and grant-funded projects
• Define and implement SpiNNcloud’s project management processes, including project intake, prioritization, stage gates, milestone planning, dependency management, change control, and scope management
• Run project kick-offs, weekly cadences, milestone reviews, and retrospectives
• Follow up with teams on deliverables, timelines, and accountability
• Surface risks, blockers, and trade-offs with mitigation plans
• Build lightweight dashboards and executive summaries covering status, risks, and ETA confidence
• Maintain a single source of truth for program status across the company
• Improve cross-functional communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure customer-facing teams have clear delivery narratives and timelines
• Coordinate milestones, reporting, and compliance for grant-funded projects

• 4+ years in technical project/program management, owning delivery across cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, systems, or platform environments)
• Customer-facing delivery experience managing external commitments, requirements, timelines, scope changes, stakeholders, and customer/partner communications
• Experience designing and operationalizing project management processes in a scaling organization, including intake, prioritization, governance, cadence, and reporting
• Strong track record driving complex, dependency-heavy programs to completion while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment
• Strong execution mindset and comfort with ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management, including decision-making, trade-off identification, expectation management, and scope/resource negotiation
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile, and Scrum
