QA Performance Test Engineer

• Create, maintain, and execute performance test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools
• Plan and run load, stress, and performance tests, and monitor system behavior during execution
• Analyze response times, throughput, and error rates to identify performance bottlenecks and likely causes
• Use Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk to correlate test results with application and infrastructure behavior
• Prepare clear test reports and findings and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose performance issues and support remediation through completion
• Turn raw test data into clear findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 1-3 years of experience in load and performance testing
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools
• Working understanding of load, stress, and performance testing concepts
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL
• Ability to execute tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy
