Renewals Specialist

• Own the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume Enterprise customer portfolio
• Prepare and send renewal quotes
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth
• Create order forms and coordinate signatures
• Ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in CRM and billing systems
• Manage approximately 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and accurate dates
• Partner with Scaled CSMs to assess customer health and identify churn or commercial risk
• Maintain renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene
• Improve renewal workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve blockers
• Help create n8n's scalable renewal function as the first dedicated Renewals Specialist

• Commercial renewals, account management, or commercially focused Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers
• Experience managing a sizeable customer book and dozens of simultaneous commercial conversations
• Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and approximately €20k–50k ARR contracts particularly relevant
• Comfort negotiating pricing and terms and handling quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures
• Strong renewal pipeline, forecasting, date, next-step, and CRM-data discipline
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
• Builder mindset and ability to create structure while executing
• Interest in automation and AI for scalable processes
• Scaled Customer Success experience preferred
• Exposure to a mature renewals function preferred
• CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce or Gainsight preferred
• n8n or another workflow automation platform experience preferred
• Existing right to work outside Germany; visa sponsorship available for Germany
• English is the company language
