Mid-level DevOps Engineer

• Plan, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines and toolset
• Create solutions enabling engineering teams to deploy code quickly, reliably, and securely
• Ensure availability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
• Provision cloud resources based on capacity, computing, and security requirements
• Apply zero trust and least privilege security practices across critical systems and resources
• Collaborate with development teams on DevOps and infrastructure initiatives
• Evaluate alternative solutions to improve internal DevOps processes
• Monitor and refine monitoring of critical infrastructure and applications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering role
• 3+ years of experience managing AWS infrastructure, including EKS, RDS, S3, and other AWS services
• Professional experience with CI/CD tooling and concepts
• Experience working at a similar level in an Engineering team
• Proven track record of demonstrable impact in previous roles
• Degree in a STEM subject is preferred/optional; candidates with alternative experience routes are welcomed
• Highly driven and proactive
• Meticulous, with obsessive attention to detail
