YouTube Content Associate

• Assemble and repurpose existing video content, including compilations and Shorts clips, using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Review and refine video titles, descriptions, and tags, including AI-generated metadata, for accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices
• Create thumbnails consistent with established brand templates and visual standards
• Upload, schedule, and publish content through YouTube Studio and internal publishing tools
• Ensure published content meets brand standards and family-safe content guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
• Follow established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings
• Maintain attention to detail throughout content production and publishing
• Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing
• Apply judgment to hooks, titles, and thumbnails to optimize content performance
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
• Report to the Content Operations Manager / Channel Director

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing YouTube content and channel operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
• Sharp eye for compelling hooks, titles, and thumbnails for a family audience
• Ability to follow and maintain precise publishing specifications across multiple channels
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools
• Experience using Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms
• Experience working with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with YouTube’s Made for Kids classification and COPPA compliance (nice-to-have)
• Some familiarity with YouTube Studio (nice-to-have)
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (nice-to-have)
