Junior Consultant, Hazardous Materials Management

• Prepare Safety Data Sheets and other hazard communication documents using our proprietary system
• Determine the classification and labeling of chemical substances and mixtures based on current national and international legislation
• Independently manage and advise clients
• Address clients’ questions regarding chemical legislation
• Continuously review and monitor existing chemical regulatory requirements
• Analyze and assess changes in chemical legislation with regard to clients’ products
• Present complex chemical regulatory matters clearly and accessibly to clients and colleagues

• Completed degree in a natural science, such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering
• Alternatively, completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Environmental Protection Technician, Laboratory Technician, or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in and willingness to gain in-depth knowledge of chemical regulations and legal frameworks, such as REACH, CLP, and GHS
• Initial practical experience with Safety Data Sheets, substance assessment, or Regulatory Affairs is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience with specialized software for preparing Safety Data Sheets is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Initial experience in consulting or customer support is preferred
