Integration Developer – PLM, CAD

• Develop add-ins and integrations within Synera's agentic automation platform
• Own integration projects with third parties from end to end
• Collaborate with software partners and help their developers plan integrations with Synera
• Work across CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI technologies
• Serve as the first dedicated technical member of the new Marketplace team
• Contribute to the marketplace roadmap and partner relations with 25+ software partners
• Improve existing integrations based on customer PLM environments
• Write code, review Bitbucket pull requests, and deliver production value
• Demo add-in progress, participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Contribute to architecture and product decisions and mentor peers as ownership grows

• Deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins, or integrations for complex software systems
• AI-native mindset and curiosity to constantly learn and develop skills in AI
• Hands-on experience with PLM, SPDM, or MES platforms
• Strong proficiency in C# and C++
• Solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate directly with partners, make technical decisions, and own projects from start to finish
• Strong English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
