IT Infrastructure Analyst I

• Perform administration and support activities for physical and virtual server infrastructure
• Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of virtualization, storage, and infrastructure services environments
• Monitor the availability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure environments, identifying and resolving incidents
• Execute operational procedures, planned changes (RDMs), and maintenance activities in production environments
• Handle and resolve incidents, problems, and requests related to corporate infrastructure
• Support technology modernization initiatives, environment migrations, and obsolescence reduction efforts
• Monitor backups, recovery routines, and validation of infrastructure services
• Support the administration of authentication services, corporate directories, and other shared infrastructure services
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, operating procedures, and environment diagrams
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to provide technical support and resolve incidents
• Participate in the implementation of infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives for corporate environments
• Work an extended shift schedule, contributing to the reduction of point-in-time incidents and increased operational reliability of services

• Availability to work from 3:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of server virtualization (VMware or similar technologies)
• Basic knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and load balancing)
• Knowledge of server, storage, and backup infrastructure
• Experience or exposure to supporting corporate environments
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents
• Knowledge of infrastructure environment monitoring and management tools
• Knowledge of VMware vSphere is a plus
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, and authentication services is a plus
• Knowledge of load balancers (F5, NGINX, or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of backup and data recovery solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of enterprise storage environments is a plus
• Knowledge of automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management is a plus
• Certifications related to infrastructure, virtualization, or operating systems are a plus
• Experience in high-availability and mission-critical environments is a plus
