Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

• Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for all operating expenses
• Highlight insightful variance analysis and implications to forecasts
• Align forecasting assumptions with stakeholders and understand spending drivers
• Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities for decision-making and scenario planning
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and inquiries, presenting and visualizing data and insights
• Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and provide financial context
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Reconcile headcount for the organization
• Partner with business partners to develop strategic cost-management solutions
• Support the Sales team to ensure commission accuracy and alignment
• Report to the Finance Manager of FP&A

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite
• Constant improvement mindset applied to process and procedure efficiency
• Strong understanding of or exposure to US GAAP or IFRS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization
• Amenable to working a graveyard shift aligned with PST hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST)
• Currently residing anywhere in the Philippines
• Authorized to work in the Philippines
