Head of Digital Organizing Hub

• Develop and implement effective strategies for digital member recruitment.
• Lead and train a team to achieve outstanding results in member recruitment during digital outreach blitzes.
• Coordinate and further develop the Organizing Hub.
• Drive continuous improvements and adjustments.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure that strategies meet their needs and objectives.
• Lead digital and telephone outreach campaigns to activate and recruit members for partner organizations.

• Proven experience managing call centers or comparable operations.
• Experience leading teams, with both functional and disciplinary management responsibility.
• Experience monitoring quality and performance to ensure the effectiveness of your team.
• Excellent communication expertise and proficiency in conducting engaging one-to-one conversations.
• Good knowledge of trade unions, their challenges, and their membership base.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and lead them to success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility, willingness to travel, and ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
