• Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of European partners and act as their primary commercial point of contact.
• Build and maintain joint account plans with each strategic partner, including shared target lists, named opportunities, and agreed cadence.
• Track portfolio health through live volume, sourced pipeline, revenue share earned, and opportunities in flight.
• Source qualified leads through partner networks against a quarterly target.
• Run joint pipeline sessions with partner sales teams.
• Build referral and co-sell processes, including shared incentive structures and lead routing.
• Design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing, joint events, and account-based initiatives.
• Work with Yuno sales teams to convert partner-sourced leads through close.
• Identify and develop opportunities where acquiring banks, wallets, and fintechs become Yuno customers.
• Own the commercial cycle from qualification through signature, with Sales support on complex deals.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-share models, and commercial terms with Legal and Finance.
• Expand existing partnerships into new markets, products, and business lines.
• Feed commercial and market requirements back into Product.
• Provide intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and European payment trends.
• Represent Yuno at industry events and convert that presence into pipeline.
• Run QBRs and joint planning sessions focused on pipeline and revenue commitments.

• Remote in Europe
• 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Evidence of carrying and hitting a commercial number in a partnership or BD context: pipeline sourced, deals closed, or revenue share delivered. Bring the figures.
• Experience selling to payment providers or banks, not only through them.
• Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers, including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep experience in the European payments market, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Commercial teams.
