Customer Advisor – Finance & Insurance

• Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and personal finance
• Support customers by phone, email, and digital channels
• Ensure an excellent customer experience
• Independently handle customer inquiries from initial consultation through implementation
• Explain complex topics clearly and in a target-group-oriented manner
• Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes

• Completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service
• Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome
• Enjoy working with people and providing advice
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent German language skills
• Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
