Talent Partner

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and drive hiring plans
• Source, engage, and assess top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice to stakeholders
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
• Work UK office hours

• 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience supporting international hiring across multiple countries or regions
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and English Language communication skills
• Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and results driven
