Operations Manager

• Own product configuration in production, including active features, available assets and flows, operational parameters, and limits
• Coordinate deployments and releases, confirm operational readiness, and bridge product delivery with real usage
• Configure the product for clients and markets, including feature availability, limits, thresholds, and parameters
• Implement and validate fee configurations and maintain a history of changes
• Manage asset and transaction configuration and enable or disable flows based on operational or market conditions
• Apply jurisdictional and compliance-driven restrictions in collaboration with Compliance
• Monitor transaction performance, configuration correctness, and asset/feature availability
• Detect anomalies early and escalate them with a clear assessment of business impact
• Maintain configuration governance and ensure changes are intentional and traceable
• Work directly with the Head of Product Operations to take operational ownership of high-priority processes
• Build the operating model for Product Operations from the ground up

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in operations, product operations, or a comparable operational role
• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience is required
• Understanding of crypto assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows in practice
• Experience working with production configuration in regulated environments
• Track record of building processes where none existed
• Ability to prioritize an operational backlog without close supervision
• Clear, structured written communication
• Based in the EU and available to work fully remote
• Familiarity with configuration/feature-flag tooling and BI or dashboarding tools preferred
• Exposure to AML/compliance-adjacent workflows preferred
• Experience in payments/banking business preferred
• Experience in technical pre-sales or technical product consultancy in a B2B software business preferred
