DevOps Engineer

• Operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform
• Maintain high availability, security, and scalability of cloud infrastructure
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm
• Participate in migrating infrastructure to Terragrunt
• Own the GitOps-based release process with Argo CD
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
• Drive postmortems that lead to operational improvements
• Build and maintain observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK
• Automate routine operational tasks
• Improve infrastructure standards and documentation
• Participate in the team on-call rotation
• Contribute to an AI-driven engineering organization and use AI throughout engineering workflows

• Solid hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role
• Production-grade experience with Google Cloud Platform, including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management
• Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production, including networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Strong Terraform skills in production environments
• Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents using tools such as PagerDuty
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Current location in an eligible country is required by the application form
• Demonstrated hands-on production experience with GCP and Kubernetes is requested in the application form
